Connect Google only if you are authorized to connect this account for an approved business workflow operated by Fremvei.
Fremvei may access your Google account profile information and Gmail data authorized through Google's OAuth consent screen. For Gmail workflows, this may include message metadata, labels, sender, recipient, subject, date headers, snippets, message IDs, thread IDs, and approved mailbox-state updates such as label changes.
Fremvei uses connected Gmail data to support approved business workflow operations, including follow-up review, missed communication detection, customer communication queues, draft action preparation, and workflow audit records.
Customer-facing email write and send actions are disabled by default. Drafts and recommended actions are reviewed before external use. Gmail write actions can occur only if Fremvei has completed the required write launch approvals, enabled write globally, enabled write for the specific tenant, and recorded the operational reason. Gmail sending can occur only if Fremvei has completed the required send launch approvals, enabled send globally, enabled send for the specific tenant, and recorded approval evidence for the draft.
Fremvei's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Fremvei does not use Google user data for advertising, resale, retargeting, or generalized AI model training.
Each customer connection is tenant-scoped. Fremvei does not mix customer mailbox records with another tenant's records.
You can revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions page at any time. You may also request disconnect and local deletion by contacting team@fremvei.com.
