Customers can revoke Fremvei's Google access at any time through their Google Account third-party app access settings.
Customers may request that Fremvei disconnect a tenant Google connection by contacting team@fremvei.com.
Fremvei may verify requester authority before disconnecting a customer tenant.
Customers may request local deletion of stored tenant Gmail metadata. Unless a legal, contractual, security, or dispute-related hold applies, Fremvei will delete locally stored tenant Gmail metadata and disconnect the Google connection for that tenant.
Limited audit records may remain for security, operational accountability, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Fremvei will not keep customer mailbox metadata longer than needed for the authorized workflow or applicable retention obligations.
